𝗖𝗦𝗣𝗖 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗨𝗡-𝗤𝗔 𝗜𝗤𝗔 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗸𝗶𝘁

Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC), through a six-member delegation composed of key officials and personnel, is participating in the 1st Workshop on University’s Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Implementation in the Philippines Utilizing the AUN-QA IQA Management Toolkit Version 1.3, held from July 14 to 16, 2026, at the Marikina Polytechnic College.

Representing CSPC are Nancy S. Penetrante, Vice President for Administration and Finance; Dr. Luningning Q. Bregala, Chief Administrative Officer; Juvy M. Bustamante, Head of the Center for Quality Assurance; Dr. Marlon S. Pontillas, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences; Angielyn L. Patricio, Administrative Aide VI; and Abegail G. Albar, Administrative Aide II.

The three-day capacity-building program brings together university officials, quality assurance leaders, deans, and administrative personnel from higher education institutions across the country to deepen their understanding of internal quality assurance systems and strengthen institutional practices using the AUN-QA IQA Management Toolkit Version 1.3.

The workshop features discussions on the foundations and operationalization of the IQA Management Toolkit, common practices and challenges arising from previous AUN-QA institutional and programme assessments, and the toolkit’s eight building blocks.

Participants also engage in collaborative working sessions, peer-learning activities, institutional reflections, and action planning aimed at contextualizing quality assurance mechanisms within their respective institutions.

The activity is jointly organized under the IQA Advance Programme by the ASEAN University Network Secretariat, Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Institute for Higher Education Development (SEAMEO RIHED), ASEAN Quality Assurance Network (AQAN), and the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP).

Through its participation, CSPC continues to strengthen its commitment to building a responsive, integrated, and sustainable internal quality assurance system.
