CSPC-CET
General Requirements
  • Duly accomplished Application Form (1 original) with attached passport-size picture (blue background)
  • Passport-size pictures with blue background (3 copies)
  • CSPC-CET Examination Permit (will be issued by the Student Testing and Admission Office after the evaluation of your requirements)
Senior High School
  • Photocopy of Grade 11 (1st and 2nd semester) Form 138 or SHS Form 137
  • Photocopy of Grade 9 and 10 (JHS) Grades or JHS Form 137
Transferees
  • Photocopy of Transcript of Records (if available)
  • Photocopy of Certificate of Grades
  • Certificate of General Weighted Average
ALS Graduate
  • Photocopy of Certificate of Program Completion, duly signed by the ALS teacher
College Graduate/Second Courser
  • Photocopy of Transcript of Records

2-Year Diploma Graduate
  • Photocopy of Diploma

Foreign Students
  • Photocopy of Transcript of Records
  • Photocopy of valid passport
  • Five (5) copies of your Personal History Statement or PHS
  • 2×2-inch photo with plain white background taken not more than six months prior to submission
  • Notarized Affidavit of Support including bank statement or notarized Notice of Grant of Institutional Scholars
  • Scholastic records duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post
  • Photocopy of data page of student’s passport or birth certificate, duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post

Step 1: Application Form

  1. Download the application form here. Print it on a long-size bond paper (back-to-back printing).
  2. Fill out the necessary information. Do not forget your signature and contact details.
  3. Attach one (1) passport-size picture on a blue background. Note: It must be an unedited or unfiltered studio-taken photograph of the applicant.

Step 2: Online Application

  1. Go to https://icloudph.com/cspc/sias.
  2. Click Apply for Admission.
  3. Tick the box for New Application.
  4. Take note of your Control Number. Be sure to store it safely because you will be using it during the enrolment process.
  5. Fill in the necessary data and make sure to enter your active email address and contact number.
  6. Upload your scanned requirements (in PDF).
  7. Click Confirm then Save.

Step 3: Onsite Submission of Requirements

After three (3) to five (5) working days of your online application, visit the STA Office on the 3rd Floor of Academic Building 5 to submit the physical copies of your requirements. You are advised to appear personally for identification and verification.

Note: Only applicants with complete admission requirements will be provided with the examination permit. Kindly bring two (2) passport-size pictures on a blue background that will be attached to your permit.

Dates to Remember

  • Start of online application: December 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024
  • Conduct of the CSPC College Entrance Test: From January 15 until the second week of May 2024
  • Release of results: Last week of May 2024 through the CSPC Student Testing and Admission Facebook page

Application Status

  • Approved: The applicant’s requirements are successfully evaluated and will be eligible for the CSPC-CET
  • Disapproved: The applicant’s requirements have suspicious, malicious, or incorrect information that has discrepancies from those provided on the admission site. This includes but is not limited to, unrelated images, unrecognized names, use of profanity or blasphemous and obscene language, and unknown documents.

What should I bring?

  1. Examination permit
  2. Blue ballpen, Mongol No. 2 pencil, sharpener, and eraser
  3. Packed snacks and drink

How am I going to be evaluated?

  • 60%: Average of your grades (Grade 9, Grade 10, and Grade 11) for incoming first-year students, or GWA for transferees
  • 40%: IQ test result
  • Total: 100%
