Cultural Affairs

The Cultural Affairs Office serves as the primary arm of the College in the promotion, coordination, and development of cultural programs and activities that foster appreciation of arts, heritage, and cultural identity among students and personnel. It is responsible for the following functions:

  • Formulate, prepare, and implement a year-round Cultural Development Program aligned with the goals and mission of the College, ensuring active participation of students, faculty, and staff.
  • Take charge of organizing, coordinating, and supervising all cultural activities of the College as stipulated in the approved Cultural Development Program.
  • Prepare schedules and oversee rehearsals, performances, and training sessions of recognized cultural groups within the College to ensure quality artistic and cultural presentations.
  • Provide assistance, guidance, and logistical support to students and groups representing the College in various cultural contests at the local, regional, national, and international levels.
  • Develop and recommend policies or revisions related to cultural development, management, and preservation for the continuous enhancement of the Collegeโ€™s cultural programs.
  • Prepare and submit annual evaluation reports on the implementation and outcomes of the Cultural Development Program, serving as a basis for improvement and future planning.
  • Establish partnerships and linkages with other institutions, organizations, and government agencies to promote cultural exchange and collaborative projects.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Immediate Supervisor or College President in support of the Collegeโ€™s cultural mission.
