Information and Communications Technology Unit

The Information and Communications Technology Unit administers the technical and systems development of institutional processes involving information systems, network, technical services, and web development.

The operational framework, policies, workflows, and responsibilities across the ICTUโ€™s three core sections:

  1. Management Information Systems (MIS) โ€“ responsible for systems development, data management, and user support.
  2. Network Internet Communications Management (NICM)โ€“ manages internet connectivity, security, and access infrastructure. As well as the multimedia.
  3. ICT Repair and Maintenance (ICTRAM) โ€“ handles the upkeep, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of ICT hardware.
