Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC), led by SUC President III Dr. Amado A. Oliva, Jr., participates in the 2026 Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) Annual Convention and General Assembly on July 13โ15, 2026, at the SMX Convention Center, Manila.
Joining Dr. Oliva in representing the College are Engr. Martin V. Valeras, Dean of the College of Engineering and Architecture, and Mr. Kevin Sean Rada, Instructor I of the College of Arts and Sciences and Private Secretary to the SUC President III.
Carrying the theme, โTransformative Leadership and Strategic Governance: Empowering SUCs for Sustainable and Inclusive Futures,โ the three-day convention gathers presidents, administrators, and key officials of state universities and colleges (SUCs) nationwide to discuss emerging trends, policy directions, and strategic initiatives in Philippine higher education.
The annual gathering serves as a platform to strengthen collaboration among SUCs, promote innovative governance, and advance institutional excellence in support of sustainable and inclusive national development.
Through its participation, CSPC reaffirms its commitment to quality education, transformative leadership, and continuous institutional development aligned with the evolving priorities of higher education in the country.
