Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) joined 21 other State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Clark Investors and Locators Association (CILA) on July 8, 2026, paving the way for expanded internship opportunities for students within the Clark Freeport Zone.
The partnership aims to provide students with industry-based learning experiences by opening Clark Freeport to a new generation of interns, strengthening the connection between higher education institutions and the country’s thriving business and investment sectors.
The MOA signing ceremony was led by Commissioner Michelle Aguilar-Ong of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). Representing CSPC, SUC President III Dr. Amado A. Oliva, Jr. joined fellow university leaders in formalizing the collaboration.
Through this initiative, CSPC reaffirms its commitment to producing globally competitive graduates by providing students with meaningful internship placements that enhance their skills, industry exposure, and career readiness.
The partnership also underscores the shared commitment of CHED, CILA, and participating SUCs to bridge academic learning with real-world industry experiences, equipping students with the competencies needed to thrive in an increasingly competitive workforce.
