𝗖𝗦𝗣𝗖 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀

Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC), through the Records and Freedom of Information Unit (RFOIU), successfully conducted the Disposal of Valueless Records on July 9, 2026, in accordance with the approved Records Disposition Authority issued by the National Archives of the Philippines (NAP).

The activity was conducted under the supervision of Mrs. Nancy S. Penetrante, Vice President for Administration and Finance, and Dr. Luningning Q. Bregala, Chief Administrative Officer. It was witnessed by Mr. Marvin Erwin M. Supan, representative of the National Archives of the Philippines (NAP), and Ms. Maria Victoria M. Oida, Commission on Audit (COA) Resident Auditor, with Gennica Aprille S. Penetrante, Head of the Records and Freedom of Information Unit (RFOIU), leading and facilitating the activity.

The activity reflects CSPC’s commitment to efficient records management, transparency, accountability, and compliance with the National Archives of the Philippines Act of 2007 (Republic Act No. 9470) and other applicable records management policies.
