Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) thru its SUC President III, Dr. Amado A. Oliva, Jr., formally signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the UNESCO Global Skills Academy (Chengdu), in China, marking another significant milestone in the College’s commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and global engagement.
