CSPC, through its Center for International Relations and Linkages (CIRL), participated in the Times Higher Education (THE) Global Sustainable Development Congress 2026, held on June 22–25, 2026, at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE), Jakarta, Indonesia.
Representing the College was A/Prof. Filmor J. Murillo, Head of CIRL, who joined the official Philippine delegation organized and endorsed by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). Co-hosted by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO), the congress brought together higher education leaders,policymakers, researchers, and sustainability advocates from around the world to advance collaboration in achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Throughout the four-day event, participants attended plenary sessions, technical workshops, and networking activities focused on sustainability, internationalization, and cross-sector partnerships. CSPCs participation reinforces the Colleges commitment to integrating sustainability into its instruction, research, extension, governance, and international engagement initiatives.
