Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) continues to expand its international engagement in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) as SUC President III, Dr. Amado A. Oliva Jr., together with Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Jocelyn O. Jintalan and College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA) Faculty Member Engr. Eddie Cabaltera, participated in the China–Southeast Asia TVET Management Capacity Development Workshop: Transforming TVET and Skills Ecosystem for the Digital Era held in Beijing, China.

As one of the distinguished resource speakers, President Oliva shared CSPC’s best practices and transformative initiatives through his presentation on “CSPC Transcending Boundaries: Transforming Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET) through Innovation and Global Collaboration.” His presentation highlighted the College’s commitment to integrating digital technologies, strengthening industry-academe partnerships, fostering international collaborations, and producing future-ready graduates equipped with globally competitive skills.

The workshop gathered TVET leaders, educators, policymakers, and experts from China and Southeast Asian countries to exchange innovative strategies, promote sustainable partnerships, and explore collaborative approaches toward building a resilient and digitally driven skills ecosystem.

CSPC’s participation in this prestigious international platform underscores the institution’s unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and global competitiveness, while reinforcing its role in advancing quality technical and vocational education that responds to the demands of the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
