Sustainability Impact Rankings. The announcement was made official during the Awarding Ceremony on June 23, 2026 as part of THEโs Global Sustainability Development Congress held at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE), BSD City, Jakarta, Indonesia. The award was received by A/Prof. Filmor J. Murillo, CSPC International Relations Officer, who was part of the Philippine delegation to the Congress. The awarding ceremony was witnessed by Dr. Ricmar P. Aquino, CHED Commissioner, and Dr Christine Nabor-Ferrer, Director IV, CHED International Affairs Service (CHED-IAS).
Participating in the ranking system for the first time, CSPC submitted data for five (5) SDG categories and was successfully ranked also in each category: 1501+ in SDG 17 – Partnership for Goals; 1001+ in SDG 4 – Quality Education; 801-1000 in SDG 5 – Gender Equality; 801-1000 in SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being; and 601-800 in SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth.
The THE Sustainability Impact Ranking is the only global ranking that measures institutionsโ sustainability efforts in line with the United Nationโs Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In the Bicol Region, CSPC is one of the six (6) higher education institutions who have been ranked globally by THE. CSPCโs participation to the ranking system was spearheaded by the Center for International Relations and Linkages (CIRL).
