The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) has once again demonstrated excellence in education after securing 2nd Place in the Outstanding Lifelong Learning Systems Implementation Award – Mature Category, conferred by the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office V (CHED RO V).

The recognition was awarded during the Pagurulay-Ulay 2026 Conference held on May 6, 2026, at Hotel St. Ellis. Representing CSPC in receiving the award were Prof. Filmor Murillo, Head of the Center for International Linkages, and Dr. Leni Malabanan, Dean of the Graduate School. The award highlights the institution’s strong commitment to advancing lifelong learning initiatives and implementing impactful educational programs for diverse learners.

This achievement underscores CSPC’s continued dedication to academic excellence, innovation, and inclusive education in the Bicol Region.
