Congratulations to CSPC Faculty Researchers for Achieving Publication in a Scopus-Indexed IEEE Journal

𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 | The Research and Development Services Office (RDSO) extends its warmest congratulations to Mr. Joseph Jessie S. Oñate, MSc., Ms. Rosel O. Onesa, MIT., Ms. Maricris L. Ramizares, MIT., Ms. Kaela Marie N. Fortuno, MIT., and Ms. Kezia Abegail T. Velasco, MIT., for the successful publication of their study, “Exploratory Data Analysis on the Employability of BSCS and BSIT Graduates from a State College in the Philippines,” in the prestigious IEEE Xplore, a Scopus Indexed Journal.

The study applies Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to understand how individual attributes, personal circumstances, support systems, and labor market conditions influence the employability of BSCS and BSIT graduates. Results reveal key relationships among these factors, emphasizing the need for holistic approaches to strengthen graduates’ job-readiness.

This publication makes a significant contribution to the institution’s research excellence, offering insights that support continuous improvement in academic and student development initiatives.
