๐ ๐ฟ. ๐๐ท๐ฎ๐ ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐น๐น๐ฎ (Head, Center for Research in Integrative Social & Special Sciences and Policy) and ๐ ๐. ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ (TWG Member, Rinconada Center for Environmental Sustainability) represented Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges at the ๐ฏ-๐๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐-๐๐๐ถ๐น๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฃ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต: ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐น๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐, held on July 28โ30, 2025 at Hotel Inigo, Legazpi City, Albay.
Organized by Bicol University, the training aimed to strengthen the capacity of SUC faculty researchers/extensionists and staff in conducting impact evaluations of extension programs and projects, ensuring that higher education institutionsโ outreach efforts deliver meaningful and measurable results.
Mr. Barcinilla and Ms. Babay were awarded certificates of appreciation for presenting some of CSPCโs completed extension projects. Notably, Mr. Barcinilla, along with his groupmates, was also recognized as Best Presenter during the mock impact evaluation presentation, showcasing his teamโs insightful analysis and evaluative approach.
The event was attended by participants from various state universities and colleges across the Bicol Region, fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and strong inter-SUC linkages.
