The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the International Cross-Cultural Exchange and Professional Development-Thailand (ICEPD- Thailand) to establish areas of cooperation between the two institutions in a virtual ceremony via Zoom conference call on December 6, 2021.
The ceremonial signing was headed by the presidents of the two institutions with CSPC President Dr. Charlito P. Cadag and ICEPD Thailand CEO Ajard Anong Sookkasem delivering messages for the success of the collaboration initiative. VP for Research, Extension, Production and Entrepreneurial Development Dr. Teresita B. Salazar provided the opening remarks to pave the way for the two heads.
The MoU was read by CILA Director Assoc. Prof. Filmor J. Murillo before the ceremonial signing of the documents of the two parties. To culminate the activity a closing message was delivered by ICEPD-Thailand Executive Director Dr. Regina F. Valencia.
The MoU include collaboration in research and development, joint scientific, educational, and technological research, conferences, symposia and lectures, joint programs, and exchange of academic information, and others.
