Apartnership and collaboration in Research Programs was forged between the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges and Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) in a ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two academic institutions on December 6, 2021 via Zoom Online Meeting.
The ceremonial MoU signing was attended by bothe CSPC and ISPSC officials headed by CSPC President Dr. Charlito P. Cadag and ISPSC President Dr. Gilbert R. Arce. The opening message was delivered by CSPC VP for Research, Extension, Production and Entrepreneurial Development Dr. Teresita B. Salazar; after which the two presidents also delivered their messages for the success of the collaborative effort. The MoU documents were read by the Center for International Linkages and Affairs Director Assoc. Prof Filmor J. Murillo before they were signed by both parties. The closing message was delivered by ISPSC VP for Planning, Information, Research and Extension Dr. Gloria D. Tuazon.
The MoU between CSPC and ISPSC will recognize partnership and collaboration in implementing Research Programs such as the conduct of national or international conferences, research journals, training, research collaborations, and others.
