Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) strengthened its engagement in the tourism and hospitality sector through a seminar highlighting wine and whiskey, hospitality supply-chain management, and industry operations. The activity provided participants with insights into beverage products, procurement, inventory, logistics, quality control, sustainability, and legal compliance.
SUC President III Dr. Amado A. Oliva, Jr. delivered a message emphasizing industry-oriented learning, while Mr. Sherwin Lao, wine expert, served as resource speaker. Also present were CTHBM Dean Dr. Maria Joy Iglesia and BOT Member Hon. Juvy Aben E. Abion. The seminar bridged classroom learning with industry practices, helping prepare students for professional and sustainable hospitality careers.
