The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) officially welcomed School Year 2026–2027 through its first Flag Ceremony, marking the beginning of another year of learning, service, and excellence.
During the ceremony, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Jocelyn O. Jintalan delivered an inspiring message to the students, faculty, and personnel as the CSPC community embarks on a new academic journey.
Dr. Amado A. Oliva, Jr., who welcomed the CSPC community and emphasized the importance of commitment and excellence as everyone begins another academic year.
Dr. Oliva encouraged students to embrace the new school year with determination, discipline, and a strong commitment to their goals, reminding everyone that every new beginning brings opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful difference.
As the new academic year begins, CSPC looks forward to another year of excellence, innovation, and service to the CSPC community.
