The Research and Development Services Office (RDSO) extends its warmest congratulations to Dr. Ian P. Benitez together with co-authors Karl Raphael Briñas, John Paul Relativo, Rica Mae Bisenio, and Nestor Jose Awa for the successful publication of their research paper, “Evolutionary Motor Command Optimization and Fuzzy-based Turn Correction for Arduino Obstacle Avoidance Robots,” in IEEE Xplore, a Scopus-indexed journal.
The study explored innovative approaches to improve the movement efficiency and turning accuracy of Arduino-based obstacle-avoidance robots. Through the integration of evolutionary motor command optimization and fuzzy-based turn correction, the research contributes to the advancement of more adaptive, responsive, and intelligent robotic systems suitable for dynamic environments.
