The Research and Development Services Office (RDSO) proudly congratulates Dr. Jocelyn O. Jintalan and Mr. Harold N. Noga as co-author for the successful publication of their research titled “Academic Resilience Among Business Students in Higher Education Institutions” in the International Journal of Educational Sciences (IJES), a Web of Science-indexed journal.

The study explored the academic resilience of business students in higher education institutions, focusing on dimensions such as confidence, social support, adaptability, and purposefulness. It also examined the relationship between academic resilience and selected personal and socio-economic characteristics, highlighting the students’ ability to persist and succeed despite challenges. The findings served as the basis for proposing a multi-modal learning continuity plan to further strengthen academic resilience among business students.
