𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 | The Research and Development Services Office (RDSO) extends its warmest congratulations to Ms. Genevie A. Estrebello and Dr. April Z. Luzon for their successful publication of their research studies, “Development and Validation of Contextualised Instructional Material in Legal Office Procedures in the Philippines” and “Organizational Commitment: Input to a College’s Vision of a University Status,” respectively, in the International Journal of Educational Sciences (IJES), a Web of Science-indexed journal.
Ms. Estrebello’s study focuses on developing and validating contextualized instructional materials for Legal Office Procedures, addressing gaps in existing resources and ensuring alignment with CHED competency requirements using the ADDIE model. The material underwent rigorous expert validation and was found to be pedagogically sound and ready for instructional use. Meanwhile, Dr. Luzon’s research examines CSPC personnel’s organizational commitment, highlighting strong affective commitment and its role in supporting the institution’s transition to university status, while emphasizing the importance of governance, recognition systems, and professional development.
This publication highlights CSPC’s dedication to research excellence and innovation, showcasing faculty researchers’ commitment to producing impactful studies that contribute to institutional development and the broader academic community.
