CSPC–RDSO Congratulates Engr. Keith Marlon R. Tabal on His Official Recognition as Regular Member of the DOST–NRCP Division VII (Engineering and Industrial Research)

𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 | The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges – Research and Development Services Office (CSPC-RDSO) extends its warmest congratulations to Engr. Keith Marlon R. Tabal on his official recognition as a Regular Member of the DOST – National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP), Division VII (Engineering and Industrial Research), as of February 2026.

Engr. Tabal is the third faculty researcher from CSPC to be elected as a Regular Member, joining Dr. Harold Jan R. Terano and Dr. Marlon S. Pontillas. With this milestone, CSPC now proudly counts three (3) Regular Members and sixteen (16) Associate Members in the NRCP, reflecting the institution’s steadily growing research community and national scholarly presence.

Regular Membership in the NRCP is a rigorous distinction. It requires that a candidate must have served as an active Associate Member for at least one year, demonstrated sustained engagement in research over the past three years, attained an h-index of at least 4, and produced publications in Scopus-indexed journals.

This recognition affirms Engr. Tabal’s dedication to advancing engineering research and contributing to national development. May this achievement inspire further innovation, collaboration, and scholarly excellence within CSPC and beyond.
