Congratulations to the authors of the study “Employment Status and Competencies of The Bachelor of Science in Nursing Graduates of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, Batch 2020” in the American Journal of Medical Research & Health Sciences.

Their study revealed that most of the 2020 Nursing graduates are employed as staff nurses in private hospitals, while others are preparing for local and international licensure examinations. It also emphasized that the competencies they acquired during their academic years such as safe and quality care, leadership, and communication are being effectively applied in their workplaces, helping them thrive in their professional roles.
This scholarly work provides insights that can guide CSPC in enhancing its curriculum and reinforcing support for Nursing students and alumni. Their collective dedication and expertise in research bring pride and honor to CSPC.
