The Research and Development Services Office (RDSO) proudly congratulates Dr. April Z. Luzon, PhD for the successful publication of her research article in the Research and Analysis Journals. This achievement reflects her hard work and dedication to producing meaningful research that contributes to the growth of our academic community.

Her study, “Awareness, Acceptability, And the Constraints in The Dissemination of The Revised Vision, Mission, And Institutional Goals of One State College in Camarines Sur”, evaluates the level of awareness, acceptability, clarity, and dissemination strategies of the revised VMGO of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges. With insights from both internal and external stakeholders, the research highlights that while internal stakeholders demonstrated a deeper understanding of the VMGO, external stakeholders showed moderate awareness. Additionally, the study showcases the role of print, non-print, social media, and radio as effective tools in communicating institutional goals.

This publication is a testament to Dr. Luzon’s outstanding contribution to research and educational development. It may also serve as an inspiration for other researchers to pursue research excellence and produce impactful scholarly works.
