Congratulations to Dr. Ichelle F. Baluis and Mr. James Nicolo SJ. Sias for Their Successful Research Presentations at the 5th International Research and Education Summit (IRES)

The Research and Development Services Office (RDSO) proudly congratulates Dr. Ichelle F. Baluis and Mr. James Nicolo SJ. Sias, faculty researchers of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, for successfully presenting their research studies at the 5th International Research and Education Summit (IRES) organized by the Global Researchers Association and Convergence for Excellence (GRACE), Inc., held via Zoom on June 7-8, 2025.

Dr. Baluis presented the study titled “Faculty Performance and Students’ Academic Analysis Amidst Pandemic: Input to Academic Program Improvement.” Meanwhile, Mr. Sias presented the paper “Open-Source Library Management Software Inititate Using InfoLib: Library and Information Systems.”

Their participation and recognition in this prestigious international research summit showcase CSPC’s continuous pursuit of excellence in research, innovation, and academic leadership.
