Dr. Marlon S. Pontillas, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences,ย was recognized as the Best Paper Presenter and received the Best Paper Award for his study, “Learning Achievement in Purposive Communication of ESL College Students: A Blended Learning Approach.”
Additionally, Dr.ย Marivel F. Paycana, esteemed faculty member of CTDE, also won the Best Paper Award for her research, “An Inquiry of the Search Habits, Strategies, and Criteria to filter the Online News and News Outlets of College Students:ย Basis for Media Information Literacy Program.โ
