CSPC Faculty Members completed International Mobility Program in Indonesia

Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges strengthened its global linkages as two faculty members from the College of Computer Studies successfully completed their Full-Time Faculty Mobility and Exchange Program at partner institutions in Indonesia.

Mr. James Nicolo SJ. Sias, MLIS, a faculty member of the Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLIS) program, served as a Visiting Lecturer at the Faculty of Vocational Studies, Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) from October to December 2023. Meanwhile, Mr. Philip Alger M. Serrano, MIT, from the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) program, began his exchange at Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI) in October and continued his engagement at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) from November to December 2023. During their assignments, both faculty members carried out teaching, research, and academic collaboration activities with their host universities. Their participation marked a historic milestone for CSPC as it was the first time the College deployed faculty members for a long-term, on-site mobility and exchange program abroad.

The initiative, spearheaded by the Center for International Relations and Linkages (CIRL), highlighted CSPCโ€™s strong commitment to internationalization, academic excellence, and global partnership.
