The CSPCean in distinction is Engr. Joshua S. Biag, who emerged as the 3rd placer in the October 2023 Electronics Technicians Licensure Examination with a score of 93.00%, and also secured the 4th place in the October 2023 Electronics Engineers Licensure Examination with a rating of 87.00%.
