The Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance (VPAF) plays a vital role in the administration and financial management of the institution, ensuring efficient operations, resource allocation, and compliance with institutional standards. Key functions include:

  1. Planning and Budgeting
    Develops and implements the annual plan and budget aligned with the institutionโ€™s goals.
    Ensures optimal utilization of resources through sound financial planning and monitoring.
  2. Financial Management
    Oversees the financial health of the institution by managing revenues, expenditures, and fund generation.
    Ensures compliance with financial policies, audit requirements, and ISO standards.
  3. Administration and Supervision
    Provides leadership and supervision to administrative offices under the VPAF.
    Ensures a harmonious work environment and resolves administrative concerns efficiently.
  4. Policy Implementation and Compliance
    Formulates and implements policies for the administration and financial sectors.
    Maintains ISO certification and ensures adherence to institutional standards and guidelines.
  5. Support and Representation
    Represents the college in external financial and administrative matters.
    Attends and supports institutional events, contributing to the collegeโ€™s positive public image.
