CSPC through the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) serves as the institutionโ€™s catalyst for innovation utilization, ensuring that research outputs and intellectual properties are effectively protected, managed, and commercialized. By working closely with academic units, government agencies, partner industries, and other stakeholders, the TTO facilitates technology commercialization, fosters innovation-driven enterprises, and strengthens the Collegeโ€™s role in advancing socio-economic development through knowledge and technology transfer.

The office shall perform the following functions:

a) Translates research outputs into practical and marketable applications by fostering linkages with industry, government agencies, and community stakeholders, thereby promoting inclusive growth and sustainable development;

b) Develops, implements, and ensures adherence to institutional policies and national laws governing intellectual property rights, technology transfer, and commercialization; and

c) Oversees the progress and impact of technology transfer activities to ensure their sustainability, effectiveness, and measurable contribution to innovation ecosystems and socio-economic development.
