Supervising Administrative Officer

This Office provides leadership and guidance to administrative and finance staffs. It is in-charge to oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance and procurement and assists in maintaining transparent, effective and efficient processing of financial transactions of the Institution. It ensures compliance of findings and recommendations in Audit Observation Memos and monitors status of compliance of Liquidation of Cash Advances. Likewise, it monitors Compliance of Budget Utilization Rate and submission of reportorial requirements of all the units in Finance Cluster.
