The Student Registration and Records Office (SRRO) is the main unit in charge of student enrolment; maintenance and preservation of student’s scholastic records; academic advising, and student graduation.
The unit is also responsible for a wide range of services for its clients. These include validation of student ID, monitoring of grading sheets, processing and issuance of credentials and certifications, authentication of scholastic records, and academic record maintenance. The office also issues certificate of enrolment, develops academic calendars, and co-manages the Student Information and Accounting System (SIAS).
