CSPC through its Research, Extension, Production, and Entrepreneurial Development cluster, aims to address regional and national science and technology concerns by institutionalizing and integrating research-based programs in all Colleges, as well as improving the quality of lives of their clientele through the conduct of demand-driven and research-based extension services and production and entrepreneurial endeavors.

The Center for Extension and Community Services (CECS) remains resolute in establishing communication, coordination, cooperation, and collaboration with academic departments, government offices, partner industries and other stakeholders by providing necessary knowledge and technical assistance to target communities.

The Center for Production and Entrepreneurial Development Services (CPEDS) aimed at harnessing the resources, facilities, and expertise through research-based and technology-based programs in collaboration with academic colleges, government agencies, partner industries, and other stakeholders to produce effective and quality products for commercialization to supplements the annual subsidy from the General Appropriations Act (GAA) and augment the income of the employees of the university.
