CIRL Staff

CIRL, through the leadership of the CIRL head and supported by his staff, is expected to perform various functions and responsibilities.

A) Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive internationalization strategy aligned with the CSPC’s vision, mission, goals, and objectives.

B) Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships with global institutions, fostering collaborations that align with the university’s strengths and priorities.

C) Program Management: Oversee the planning and execution of international exchange programs in coordination with various colleges/academic units, ensuring a high-quality experience for students and faculty.

D) International Research Facilitation: Collaborate with faculty to identify and facilitate international research collaborations, leveraging global expertise and resources.

E) Cultural Competency Training: Develop and implement programs to enhance cultural competency among students and faculty, promoting a global mindset that is geared toward the development of global citizens,

F) Grant and Funding Acquisition: Assist the institution in seeking and securing international grants and funding to support the internationalization efforts of the university.

G) Advocacy and Outreach: Pursue initiatives that advances the realization of the SDGs and similar national and international goals, and represent the university in international forums, conferences, and events, advocating for the institution and building a positive global reputation.
