The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) Gender and Development (GAD) is a dynamic institutional arm committed to promoting gender equality, inclusivity, and empowerment across all sectors of the College community. Guided by the principles of gender mainstreaming, the CSPC GAD advocates for equal opportunities among men and women, ensuring that development programs, policies, and services are responsive to gender needs.
The GAD Office spearheads initiatives such as capability-building activities, gender sensitivity trainings, community extension projects, and research endeavors that uphold the rights and welfare of every individual regardless of gender. It also strengthens partnerships with government agencies, academic institutions, and civil society organizations to advance gender-responsive governance and inclusive education.
Through its continuous programs and collaborations, the CSPC GAD strives to create a learning and working environment that values respect, equality, and empowermentโfostering a culture where everyone can realize their full potential as active agents of national development.
