College of Tourism, Hospitality and Business Management

The College of Tourism, Hospitality and Business Management views itself as the primary producer of office administrator and food service managers, tourism, entrepreneurial, and financial managers geared towards the uplift of Region V and beyond in the 21st century.

The Office of the CTHBM Dean provides academic and administrative support to the College, viz;

1. Prepare and submit Annual Plan/Quality Objective Plan anchored on the Institution’s VMGO.
2.  Implement 100% of Programs, Projects and Activities indicated in the approved Annual Plan/ QOPM.
3. Review and propose academic policies for smooth operation of the College.
4. Maintain ISO Certification.
5. Generate income through IGP activities and outsource funds from other agencies to augment operation of the College.
6. Secure and maintain CHED Institutional Sustainability Assessment (ISA) certificate and Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) to all curricular offerings of the College.
7. Ensure that all programs are accredited by AACCUP.
8. Ensure to maintain academic freedom and value more students’ interest.
9. Secure that all needed materials, equipment are readily available to all faculty.
10. Prepare and maintain department records such as but not limited to students’ records, faculty requirements, Faculty Profile and Accomplishment Reports.
11. Submit reports to the College President/Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs indicating accomplishments, problems, and recommendations in the implementation of the academic and student affairs and service programs of the College.
12. Maintain good standing to the community and exercise highest degree of professionalism as an office of a higher learning institution.
