The College of Engineering and Architecture is one of the six colleges of the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges currently under the supervision of Engr. Martin D. Valeras Jr. as the dean. It aims to provide quality instruction and training in engineering through the ladderized curricula in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics Engineering which will be responsive and relevant to the needs and development of the service area in particular and the country in general as well as develop total quality engineers and technology researchers for industry and society to maximally contribute to sustainable national development.

Within 3-5 years of graduation, the graduates of BS in Architecture are expected to:
PEO1. Graduates are engaged in the practice of Architecture in the various technical specializations including community planning development, urban design, construction management, project management, facilities/building administration and geographic information system.
PEO2. Graduates occupy responsible positions such as supervisory or managerial in architectural firms.
PEO3. Graduates continue to develop their technical and professional skills through formal and/or non-formal studies.
Program Outcomes
On successful completion of this program, graduates can:
PO1. Keep abreast with the latest developments in architectural design and practice;
PO2. Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary and multi-cultural teams for architectural design projects;
PO3. Recognize professional, social, and ethical responsibility in architectural design and practice;
PO4. Develop architectural solutions based in history, theory, planning, building technology and utilities, structural concepts, and professional practice.
PO5. Apply concepts and principles from specialized fields and allied disciplines into various architectural problems;
PO6. Draft technical reports, contract documents, and other legal requirements used in architectural design to practice adhering to applicable laws, codes, charters, and standards of the built environment;
PO7. Implement pertinent building laws, codes, charters and standards of architectural design and professional practice;
PO8. Apply research methods for efficient and effective solutions to architectural problems;
PO9. Utilize various information and communication technology (ICT) media for architectural solutions, presentation, and techniques in design and construction;

PEO 1: Graduates are engaged in the practice of Computer Engineering in the various fields such as planning, design, operation, installation, maintenance, management and supervision of hardware and software processes.
PEO 2: Graduates occupy responsible positions such as supervisory or managerial in engineering and industrial firms.
PEO 3. Graduates continue to develop their technical and professional skills through formal and/or non-formal studies.

Graduates of the BS Computer Engineering program should be able to:
