HRDO conducts strategic planning webinar for CSPC employees

The Human Resources Development Office (HRDO) conducted an in-house webinar on work-life balance for Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) employees on Tuesday, May 25, 2021.

Dubbed “Integrating Strategic Planning in Work-Life Balance,” the webinar discussed strategic planning as a tool for guiding decisions on a daily basis, progress evaluation, and management approaches.

Institutional Planning and Development Director Dr. April Z. Luzon served as the resource speaker for the 3-hour webinar. Dr. Luzon spoke about “strategic thinking” and how the concept will help improve employee’s activities and will designate responsibilities to “fit the bigger picture.”

In attendance were 234 employees of the College, including President Charlito P. Cadag who gave an inspirational message, HRDO Director Mr. Juvy M. Bustamante for the opening remarks, College Registrar Dr. Arlene Malaya who introduced the resource speaker, and Publication Director Ms. Gigi V. Severo as moderator.
