CSPC gears up for 2027 QS Stars Rating Audit

Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) convened concerned academic and administrative units on October 8, 2026, at the CSPC Board Room to review institutional data and action plans in preparation for the 2027 QS Stars Rating audit.

The meeting, facilitated by the Center for International Relations and Linkages (CIRL), began with CIRL Head A/Prof. Filmor J. Murillo presenting CSPC’s performance in the previous audit. Academic units and administrative offices then presented their respective data availability reports and action plans, with the top management providing strategic feedback and institutional direction.

The initiative involved the College’s academic units and key offices responsible for QS Stars indicators, including the College of Computer Studies for the Program Strength indicator, Academic Center for Continuing Enrichment of Students, Chief Administrative Office/Institutional Planning and Development Unit, CIRL, Extension and Community Services Office, Guidance and Counseling, Human Resources and Management Development Unit, Learning Resources Development, Research Development and Services Office, Student Affairs and Services, and Student Testing and Admission.

Through the review, CSPC assessed available institutional evidence, identified data gaps, and determined actions for indicators requiring improvement based on the previous assessment. The reports and action plans will guide the concerned units as the College prepares for the 2027 audit.

The initiative forms part of CSPC’s continuing efforts to strengthen its participation in international benchmarking and improve institutional performance
through coordinated and evidence-based planning.
