Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges participated in the Filipino Leaders in Advancing International Reputation (FLAIR) NCR & Southern Luzon Leg, held on September 22–23, 2026, at Twin Lakes Hotel, Laurel, Batangas.
Convened by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) through its International Affairs Service, the conference carried the theme “Beyond Rankings: Strengthening Global Reputation.” It brought together higher education leaders and practitioners to discuss internationalization, research productivity and visibility, sustainability, innovation, and evidence-based institutional reporting.
Representing CSPC were Dr. Challiz D. Omorog, Vice President for Research, Innovation, and Collaboration; A/Prof. Filmor J. Murillo, Head of the Center for International Relations and Linkages; and Ms. Daisylen D. Alano, Director of the Extension and Community Services Office.
The delegation participated in sessions and institutional readiness workshops covering QS, Times Higher Education (THE) Sustainability Impact Rankings, and World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI). CSPC also joined the commitment signing, while A/Prof. Murillo attended the CHED SUC Travel Assessment Portal orientation.
The conference provided CSPC with opportunities to benchmark its practices, examine institutional evidence and data requirements, and strengthen coordination across research, internationalization, innovation, sustainability, and community engagement toward greater global visibility and impact.
