A/Prof. FIlmor J. Murillo, Head of the Center for International Relations and Linkages (CIRL). represented Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) in ENABLE: Exploring New Approaches to Boistering Lifelong Education, a capacity-building program organized by CHED Regional Office V.
The activity focused on microcredentials and andragogy, equipping higher eduaction institutions with emerging approaches to lifelong learning. Through the program, CSPC gained valuable insights to further strengthens its initiatives in flexible, inclusive, and learner-centered education.
