𝗖𝗦𝗣𝗖 𝗜𝗘𝗖 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗨𝗖 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺

Bulacan State University served as the venue for the Training and Orientation on the Enhanced SUC Faculty Position Reclassification System (SFPRS) for Zone 2 (CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Region V, and NCR) on August 5, 2026.

The activity brought together Institutional Evaluation Committee (IEC) members from participating State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) to strengthen their understanding of the updated faculty position reclassification system under the DBM-CHED Joint Circular No. 1, s. 2026.

Representing Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) were Dr. Marlon S. Pontillas, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, and Dr. Modesto P. Fucio, President of the Faculty Association Inc., who both serve as members of the CSPC Institutional Evaluation Committee (IEC).

The orientation featured a comprehensive presentation on the required documentary evidence for each Key Result Area (KRA) under the new reclassification guidelines, followed by a workshop on evaluating faculty application case scenarios using the SFPRS.

The sessions equipped IEC members with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure fair, transparent, and evidence-based evaluation of faculty applications.
