Held at West Visayas State University in Iloilo City, this national stage showcased the finest talents from across the archipelago.

Jhanelle’s masterful technique and Jesse’s seamless accompaniment brought a pride-filled performance that truly represents the artistic spirit of the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges.
