Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC), represented by SUC President III Dr. Amado A. Oliva Jr., took part in the inter-agency collaboration and the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for innovation initiatives led by DOST Bicol, headed by RD Rommel R. Serrano. The event gathered key stakeholders and Bicol SUCs Presidents to promote shared efforts in research, technology, and development.

This engagement highlights CSPC’s commitment to fostering strong partnerships that drive innovation and support inclusive growth across the region. By working alongside government agencies and institutions, the College continues to contribute to initiatives that empower communities and enhance regional development.
