Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC), led by SUC President III Dr. Amado A. Oliva Jr., alongside Ms. Ma. Kiara Sapinoso-Deligencia, Head of the Guidance and Counseling Unit, actively participated in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing for Project GAYON (Guidance Assistance for the Youth Online) spearheaded by CHED Regional Office V.

This collaborative initiative introduces an innovative digital platform to provide accessible, responsive online guidance and counseling services to students across Higher Education Institutions in the Bicol Region, thereby strengthening inter-institutional support systems.

Through its participation, CSPC reaffirms its commitment to promoting student well-being, mental health, and holistic development, while fostering stronger partnerships to contribute to quality, inclusive education for all.
