The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) proudly recognized its 50 newly licensed Mechanical Engineers and 11 newly registered Master Plumbers during the flag ceremony held on March 2, 2026.

The ceremony celebrated the remarkable achievements of the College of Engineering and Architecture graduates who successfully passed their respective licensure examinations, bringing honor and pride to the institution. The awardees were presented before the academic community in acknowledgment of their dedication, perseverance, and professional excellence.

Highlighting the event was the special recognition of Engr. Ritz Mike A. Castro, RMP, CPM, who secured Top 2 in the Certified Plant Mechanic Computer-Based Licensure Examination. He was awarded a Certificate of Recognition along with cash incentives in commendation of his outstanding performance.
