Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) proudly announces that it has been officially awarded the Certificate of Registration for the DPA Key Seal by the National Privacy Commission, recognizing the institution’s compliance with the provisions of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
The DPA Key Seal is granted to organizations that demonstrate adherence to data privacy standards and have implemented appropriate policies, systems, and safeguards to ensure the lawful and responsible processing of personal data.
The achievement was made possible through the efforts of the CSPC Legal Affairs Unit, headed by Atty. Maria Francia S. Abaca, which led the institutional compliance initiatives and ensured that CSPC’s data protection practices meet the standards set by the National Privacy Commission.
With this milestone, CSPC continues to uphold its responsibility as a public higher education institution to safeguard personal information and foster trust among its students, personnel, and stakeholders while advancing quality education and public service.
