The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges hereby invites interested parties to participate in the public auction of various unserviceable properties, as indicated below
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges Disposal Committee and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on December 16-22, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the address given below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Php500.00.
Bids must be duly received by the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges Disposal Committee at the address below on January 7, 2026 at 8:00 am. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the Bidding Document.
Bid opening shall be on January 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at the College Board Room, Administrative Building, Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, Nabua, Camarines Sur.
