CSPC Graduate School to Offer PhD in Engineering Education; Admissions Begin December 2025

Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) proudly celebrates another landmark achievement as its Graduate School secures the Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) for the Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering Education, effective Academic Year 2025–2026.

The approval, granted by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), not only affirms CSPC’s academic excellence but also represents a major leap in advancing graduate education in the Bicol region.

Admission for the pioneering PhD in Engineering Education program will open in December 2025, with classes officially commencing in the second semester of Academic Year 2026-2027.

For CSPC, this achievement goes beyond compliance—it is a reaffirmation of its mission to provide transformative and globally competitive education. The program is designed to develop advanced competencies in research, leadership, and pedagogy, equipping future scholars, innovators, and educators to address the evolving demands of the academe and industry.
