Students from the Bachelor of Science in Development Communication (BS DevCom) program of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) made a remarkable feat at the โNo to Vote Buying and Vote Selling, Krimen Yan!โ event organized by the Rinconada Bar Association in partnership with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Camarines Sur Chapter and the Archdiocesan Shrine of St. Anthony of Padua in Iriga City.
In the Reel Making Competition, the BS DevCom team captivated audiences and judges alike with their powerful message on responsible voting. The team was led by Ernestine Joy A. Bataller (BS DevCom 3A), who served as director, editor, and producer. She was joined by Gwen Del Mira (BS DevCom 1A) as the actress and Kassandra Saclag (BS DevCom 3A) as the assistant director of photography.
Bataller also showcased her oratorical skills by bagging 2nd place in the Extemporaneous Speaking Competition, emphasizing the critical role of the youth in promoting clean and honest elections.
These achievements reflect the commitment of CSPC BS DevCom students to social advocacy, ethical communication, and civic responsibility.
